The Sydney Call Centre is seeking Sales Representatives to support campaigns for well-known brands. You will connect with prospective and existing customers, promote products and services, upsell where appropriate, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams.
• Stay current with training, updates, and system changes.
• Meet attendance and scheduling expectations.
