MCI Group is seeking a Call Center Sales Manager to lead our on-site call center operations in Sydney, NS. You will oversee a team of supervisors, drive sales opportunities, and maintain exceptional customer service across phone and digital channels.

The role requires a background in call center operations management, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience leading call center teams and improving customer experiences.
• Ability to coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 5-10 call center supervisors overseeing inbound and outbound representatives.
• Coach and develop reports on customer service processes and best practices.
• Drive productivity, quality, and revenue growth through effective workforce management and performance management.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with QA, training, IT and recruiting to deliver world-class service.
