We are currently looking for a Financial Service Representative to join our easyfinancial North York branch located near Lawrence Ave West and Weston Rd. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing overdue accounts through direct customer engagement. By helping customers build their credit with structured monthly payments, you’ll be making a real impact in their lives.

What You’ll Do
  1. Create exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
  2. Show compassion and empathy by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable financial solutions. Educate customers on building their credit and achieving financial goals.
  3. Actively prospect new clients through a combination of marketing and outbound sales call activity to drive financial product sales and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Clearly explain financial product terms and conditions.
  5. Assess and evaluate loan applications using financial analysis and risk assessment.
  6. Manage overdue accounts with effective collections activities.
  7. Ensure customer applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, and/or financial services.
  2. A strong communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles and is passionate about driving sales.
  3. Empathetic and integrity-driven—you genuinely care about helping customers succeed.
  4. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
