• Uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually
• Guaranteed income stability for up to your first year, with a minimum of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount

What You’ll Do

• Be the Trusted Subaru Expert – Connect with customers, showcase Subaru’s award-winning lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs
• Hit Your Goals – Plan and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, safety technology, and financing options
• Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Lead test drives, finalize sales, and deliver vehicles with confidence
• Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience considered an asset
