Job summary

Steele Auto Group in Fredericton, NB, is expanding its automotive sales team and seeking ambitious Sales Representatives. Build lasting customer relationships, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and guide buyers to the best fit while earning commission and guaranteed income during your first year.

You’ll join Atlantic Canada's largest automotive network with strong support, career development, and a path to advancement across Steele Buick GMC and Steele Hyundai Fredericton.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is considered an asset.
• Customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Automotive experience is welcome but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Help customers select the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Learn financing, leasing, and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to vehicle delivery.
