Steele Hondais seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who is ready to turn ambition into achievement. In this role, you will guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey, from the first test drive to the final handshake, helping them find the vehicle that perfectly fits their lifestyle. What You Will Be Doing:

• Help Customers Find the Right Fit – Listen, guide, and offer vehicle options that match each customer’s needs and lifestyle
• Make Every Visit Memorable – Share your knowledge, answer questions, and make the buying experience easy and enjoyable
• Support from Start to Finish – Coordinate test drives, walk customers through the purchase process, and ensure smooth vehicle handovers
• Be a Team Player – Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management to deliver a standout experience every time
