Job summary

Wajax is seeking an organized order processor to manage high-volume sales orders from receipt to delivery in Canada. You will coordinate with sales and production teams to meet delivery timelines and maintain documentation for vendors and departments.

You will also handle invoicing and financial reporting to support project managers and the sales force. The role requires a High School diploma and a Diploma in Business or related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include High School diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma in Business or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume sales orders from receipt to delivery efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide timely financial and project status reports and profit summaries.
• Manage invoices to suppliers and customers for production.
• Support project managers and sales teams as required.
• Coordinate documentation with engineering, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure accurate reporting of delivered, rented, or returned units.
• Apply discount and warranty structures accurately.
