Job summary

Wajax in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented sales orders processor to manage high-volume order flow from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with sales, production and vendors to ensure accurate documentation and on-time fulfillment.

With 3-4 years of related experience and a high school diploma (or business diploma), you will support invoicing, reporting, and customer service while driving efficiency and accuracy in the order-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Diploma in Business or related field.
• 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with order processing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review product orders with sales and production teams to plan timely processing.
• Provide timely status reports on projects including final profit summaries.
• Collaborate to meet financial targets and deliver high customer service.
• Coordinate documentation with engineering, vendors, and customers.
• Handle customer and supplier invoices including preparation and tracking.
• Support project managers and sales teams as needed.
• Ensure accurate discount and warranty application.
• Report delivery status and manage product delivery coordination.
