Qualifications

• Experience in heavy duty parts or service environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, handle inquiries, quote prices, and sell parts.
• Process documentation for purchases, returns, warranties, and other work.
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically with courteous service.
• Assist warehouse with shipping to local and out-of-town customers.
