Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in order management or project coordination, strong ERP experience (Infor/SAP/Oracle), and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma in business or supply chain.
• ERP systems experience, especially Infor; logistics or PM coursework.
• 1–2 years in order management or production coordination in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Enter COs in Infor for production processing and tracking.
• Upload customer orders and documentation to CO records.
• Verify CO data and update as needed.
• Coordinate with production and customers to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver COs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and complete.
• Report CO status to sales and customers; manage changes.
• Perform special projects and related duties.
