nesto is looking for a Sales Manager to guide our established team of mortgage brokers dedicated to our Investors Group (IG) partnership. You will lead this team through the continued development of the IG mortgages product offering and go-to-market strategy. After over-performing across all metrics since the partnership's inception in 2023, we are looking for a seasoned and established people leader to take the performance to the next level and grow the team.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Coaching, mentoring and management of an experienced team of mortgage brokers.
  2. Developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies with your team to drive mortgage referrals.
  3. Managing individual performance and workflows to maximize conversion and attainment of sales targets.
  4. Collaborating and strengthening relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  5. Managing rate, credit, and client experience escalations. Liaising with internal operations teams to align on processes and expectations.
Who you are:
  1. Accomplished in both individual and leadership in the mortgage industry with 4+ years of experience. Proven track record of people management and sales coaching.
  2. Ability to lead, motivate and bring out the best of those reporting to you.
  3. Beacon of positivity, able to shine light during difficult times and find the opportunity in change.
  4. Extensive knowledge of mortgage guidelines of financial institutions as well as monoline lenders.
  5. Experience in the wealth management, financial services sector an asset.
  6. Keen sense of adaptability in regards to process change and willingness to improve the way we work.
  7. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms.
