What You Will Do

As a Junior Trader, you will :

• Assist in the execution of daily trades across global markets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Display clear and effective communication through daily interactions with our external counterparties, representing CCL's interests, values, and codes of practice.
• Monitor market conditions, trade execution, and portfolio exposures in real-time.
• Collaborate closely with trading teams, portfolio managers, and technology teams to optimize trading strategies and workflows.
• Maintain and improve trading infrastructure, including execution algorithms and risk management tools.
• Work with brokers, vendors, and other external counterparties to enhance execution workflows.
• Contribute to post-trade analysis to refine execution strategies and reduce market impact.
