To be considered for this role, candidates must be located in or be open to relocating to London or a nearby area.

What you will do :
  1. Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed annual targets.
  2. Advise on market and competitive conditions affecting targets and negotiations.
  3. Review industry and region-specific trends and analysis with the MA Director and Finance regarding expiring bulk rates, new construction sales, M/A portfolios, and renewal strategies for residential sales targets.
  4. Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers lines of business.
What you will bring :
  1. Establish employee objectives and complete performance reviews.
  2. Provide leadership, support, coaching, and training to Account Executives and support AEs with client relationships.
  3. Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies, and address performance issues.
  4. Enhance relationships with key business partners.
  5. Develop and execute sponsorship and client events.
  6. Maintain relationships with key associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend related functions.
  7. Develop, implement, and manage sales reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
