Five Star Bath Solutions of Ottawa is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our growth. The role focuses on dramatically improving sales conversion by building and guiding a top-performing team, recruiting from within or outside the remodeling space, and enforcing a proven sales process.

The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$180,000 CAD plus substantial, uncapped incentives. Regular field presence in Ottawa and leadership over a dynamic sales force are required.

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales Performance: Take ownership of closing rates, team productivity, and revenue growth.
• Execute the Proven Process: Ensure every salesperson consistently follows our established franchise sales methodology.
• Recruit & Build: Identify, hire, and develop high-potential salespeople, including talent from outside the remodeling industry.
• Coach in the Field: Conduct ride-alongs, observe presentations, identify weaknesses, and provide hands-on coaching that produces measurable improvement.
• Create Accountability: Establish high performance standards, track individual results, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
