Aislelabs is hiring a Manager, Enterprise sales team member to drive growth in the Canada and United States markets.

We help our customers acquire new customers via high ROI wi-fi email acquisition while helping operations leaders through digital twins of their built environment. We’re a profitable, growing SaaS business with teams clustered around legacy office locations in Toronto, Dubai and India, with customers in 20+ countries around the world.

Summary

Join Aislelabs as our Manager, Enterprise, owning the mid-market and Enterprise segments in the North America region. With an intense focus on our proven ICP – shopping malls, mixed use and airports – you will find wins fast. You’ll be supported by a proven GTM function and marketing capability – 50%+ of your business will be closed via inbound leads, the remainder via your outbound process. You’ll be supported by a creative, outbound sequencing capability. You’ll find significant target research completed on your arrival, with known targets ready to go.

Manage ecosystem partners, whose customers are building operators needing our solutions. Partners include MSPs, VARs, System Integrators and OEMs. Partners are identified through both outbound and inbound marketing-driven programs. In collaboration with enterprise reps and the head of sales in the Middle East, engage partners for both custom and standardized solutions.

With a new platform arriving in 2025, along with products not matched or available from any other players in the industry, you will have an unfair advantage in winning new logos.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve target monthly quota, resulting quarterly bonus
  • Respond to inbound leads with speed, meeting or exceeding response-time expectations
  • Manage entire sales cycle for prospects, from lead discovery to qualification to proposal to close
  • Utilize standardized solution offerings for each industry and ICP served
  • Leverage outbound process to target strategically identified partners
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve customer ICPs
  • Provide feedback to product management for product improvements
  • Own 3 primary metros, with total travel time expected up to 25%
  • Support Aislelabs at industry events (1-3 per year)
  • Master the Aislelabs platform, displaying it directly, without support, to new prospects in demo moments
  • Leverage consistent packaging to ensure consistent solution delivery and seamless CS transition
  • Accurately manage deal details and forecasting in the Aislelabs CRM

Minimum Qualifications

  • A 2+ year university degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs consistently.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling enterprise accounts, product sales, or account management in SaaS.
  • Proven relationship builder and ability to build a partner channel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications of the Top Candidates

  • Proven experience in sales in the IT industry, specifically networking infrastructure
  • Relevant Certifications in sales or Wireless networking (e.g., EAS, TAS, MEDDIC, Salesforce)
  • Strong domain knowledge of Retail (including Malls, Shopping Centers, Mixed-Use), Hospitality, and Aviation industries
  • Established CXO level connections within the above defined industries
  • A solid understanding of the dynamics within the network solutions space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus (inbound from Spanish-speaking regions does happen)
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive teams towards achieving business goals
