Job summary

The Brick in Canada is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales floor and drive performance across the team. You will coach associates, set strategic targets, and ensure the store delivers exceptional customer service and results.

Ideal candidates are energetic, results-driven and ready to relocate if needed. This role offers growth opportunities within a financially stable, nationwide retailer with coast-to-coast presence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage store sales team and floor operations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Schedule to meet provincial requirements.
• Monitor and forecast sales to meet targets.
• Prepare and run sales promotions and meetings.
• Ensure safety and security of store and staff.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Responsibilities:

• Managing sales team; floor management
• Training and people development
• Interviewing and hiring
• Scheduling: ensuring provincial legislative requirements met
• Resolving customer issues
• Sales forecasting and ensuring targets are met (volume, value added products and services, etc.)
• Evaluating and managing daily, weekly, monthly quarterly sales reports
• Performance management and developing action plans
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are met
• Managing daily operations within the store
• Ensuring general safety and security of store and employees
• Shopping the competition
• Daily and weekly sales meetings
• Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests
• Other duties as assigned
