The Brick in Halifax is seeking a Sales Consultant who excels in customer service and relationship selling. You will be part of a fast-paced team and help customers find the perfect home furnishings while promoting repeat business.

This role is 100% commission, with hours paid at minimum wage if commissions fall short. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
