Steele Auto Group's Gander Toyota location is seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process, coordinating test drives and final deliveries to ensure a positive experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong client relationships, confident communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Present used vehicles to clients in person and through video, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Proactively plan and organize daily activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships through confident and professional communication.
• Guide clients through purchasing options to support informed buying decisions.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle test drives and deliveries.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and final delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience.
