As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey, build lasting relationships, and help them find the right vehicle for their needs. Automotive experience is an asset, but the right personality, attitude, and drive matter just as much.

Compensation: Uncapped commission with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually . For up to your first year, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 per week , unless your commissions exceed that amount.
