Job summary

Dollco Print Solutions Group is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a track record in prospecting, pipeline development, and managing the full sales cycle, with experience selling print, media, or advertising solutions and aligning with our core values and culture.

We offer a hybrid work location, competitive base salary with uncapped commission, and opportunities to grow across our group of companies while supporting client service and manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the print, media, or publishing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in print sales, media, advertising, or working with potential customers and advertising agencies.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from strategic planning and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strong skills in reaching decision-makers, proving value, brand building, and closing new business.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Productivity Suites and CRM tools.
  • A valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel within Canada.
  • Bilingualism in French is considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue growth through the strategic cultivation of existing client accounts and the proactive acquisition of new business.
  • Translating client needs into effective print and marketing solutions while ensuring seamless communication with client service and manufacturing teams.
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets by actively exploring networking avenues, trade shows, corporate marketing events, and industry contacts.
  • Building and managing a robust new business pipeline with accurate sales forecasting throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Developing compelling proposals, quotes, and actively participating in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Analyzing captured data to provide valuable insights to clients, supporting their marketing ROI objectives.
  • Understanding Dollco's value proposition to act as an invaluable, long-term business resource to key corporate stakeholders and advertising agencies.

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our Sales team. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to team safety and well being, being respectful, and acting with integrity. We strive for excellence in everything we do! The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting, pipeline development, managing the full sales cycle, and selling complete print, media, or advertising solutions, and will align with our core values and company culture.

AS A SALES EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:
