Job summary

Dollco Print Solutions Group in Ottawa is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Director, Marketing and focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search, social, display, and CRO initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in digital marketing, proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and SEO tools, plus strong

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager.
  • HubSpot (CRM) for tracking and dashboards.
  • SEO, Search Console, and CallRail knowledge.
  • Paid social campaign execution on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Fluent in AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong CRO knowledge and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting for ads and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical mindset and cross-department collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own external agency relationships for SEM and SEO by briefing, reviewing, and holding vendors accountable to targets weekly.
  • Manage CPL metrics to optimize budget allocation.
  • Execute landing page A/B tests to maximize conversion rates.
  • Develop live HubSpot dashboards showing KPIs and pipeline metrics.
  • Lead in-housing of paid social campaigns and manage end-to-end deployment.

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role reports to the Director, Marketing and will be a full-time, permanent position. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to team safety and well being, being respectful, and acting with integrity. We strive for excellence in everything we do! The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO) channels. This role involves taking full ownership of external vendor accountability, cross-channel data attribution, information integrity, and performance reporting to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Owning external agency relationships for search engine marketing and SEO by briefing, reviewing, and holding search engine marketing and SEO vendors accountable to performance targets on a weekly basis.
  • Managing daily campaign-level cost-per-lead (CPL) metrics to optimize budget allocation and proactively collaborating on performance trends.
  • Executing continuous landing page testing (CRO) on headlines, calls to action, form lengths, and page structures to maximize conversion rates.
  • Developing and maintaining live HubSpot marketing performance dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into marketing KPIs, displaying metrics such as CPL by channel, lead volume by source, and pipeline conversion rates.
  • Leading the strategic in-housing of paid social channels, taking full ownership of campaign deployment, audience targeting, ad set building, and execution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing role or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads reporting, performance analysis, external agency/vendor management, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience utilizing HubSpot (or equivalent enterprise CRM) for campaign tracking, ROI attribution, and live dashboard reporting.
  • Proficiency with data analytics, SEO, Search Console, and call tracking tools like CallRail.
  • Proven track record in paid social campaign execution across platforms like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate data analysis, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of landing page CRO best practices including form optimization, UX, single-CTA structures, and continuous A/B testing.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social posts.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex performance data, build end-to-end attribution models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage multiple campaign deadlines, collaborate cross-departmentally, and maintain rigorous QA processes.
