What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Sales Enablement Manager to support our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team. This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. You will be a key player in delivering best-in-class service to all our stakeholders.

How will you contribute to the Sales Enablement Team?

In your role, you will support three key functions: Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. We will provide you all the training you need in-house. We are invested in your success.

  • Provide daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports, etc.
  • Support ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagement.
  • Support Salesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individuals.
  • Support Enterprise Accounts with daily account management tasks.
  • Provide daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
  • Manage customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules.
  • Work closely with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficiencies.
  • Manage users, profiles and roles, and security models.

Sales Training duties include:

  • Create and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
  • Support corporate training team with creating a centralized library for all training materials.

Desired skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, marketing or sales enablement role.
  • Relevant post-secondary education and/or commensurate experience.
  • Collaborative team player, who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a strong asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-functional, multi-tasking environment.
