You’ll collaborate across departments, introduce new tools and training, and shape the way our teams engage with prospects and policyholders. What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Provide mentorship and direction to the Sales Enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Strategize for Success: Develop and execute enablement strategies that align with business goals and enhance sales and retention outcomes.

  • Train & Develop: Oversee the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs that empower our sales and loyalty teams.

  • Create Powerful Content: Guide the development of sales playbooks, presentations, and collateral that support every stage of the customer journey.

  • Optimize Tools: Evaluate and implement sales technologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analyze & Improve: Leverage data to identify trends, track performance, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and sales leaders to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives.

  • Manage Resources: Oversee team structure, scheduling, and workload distribution to ensure optimal productivity.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively gather insights and feedback from sales and loyalty teams to refine enablement strategies and ensure resources remain relevant and impactful.

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.

  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Finesse a plus).

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

  • Background in designing and delivering training programs.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Certifications in sales enablement or operations.

  • Experience in health and/or life insurance.

  • Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
