One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Manager in Canada.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in empowering the sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to drive exceptional results. You will design and implement training programs, develop strategic playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales processes and systems align with business goals. This role is integral in optimizing onboarding and accelerating the ramp-up time for new hires while continuously improving team performance through data-driven strategies.

Accountabilities:

  • Empower sales teams by improving their knowledge, skills, and process adoption, ensuring high performance
  • Develop and scale the Enablement program for the Investment Advisor and Financial Planning teams, raising the bar on service and financial knowledge
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and culture from day one
  • Build and deliver training programs that raise the financial knowledge of all sales teams, ensuring consistency and alignment across the company
  • Drive change management efforts for key initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and systems
  • Develop and maintain playbooks that clearly articulate product positioning, marketing alignment, and system navigation for successful sales strategies
  • Leverage Generative AI to gain insights and refine data-driven sales strategies


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field (experience enabling financial services or wealth management teams is a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and assessment techniques, with the ability to create targeted learning initiatives
  • Expertise in instructional design and the delivery of blended learning programs
  • Experience with sales platforms, such as Gong.io, and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering value to clients and improving the sales team's success
