Job summary

Atlas Copco Canada Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist – AIF/AGA to join our Canada-wide sales team.

You will prepare accurate quotes, manage opportunities in C4C, and train colleagues on internal tools, with a focus on data quality and process compliance. This 35-hour-per-week role offers hybrid work with 3 days in the office and flexible work-from-home options, reporting to the Digital Marketing and Communication Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support role.
• Strong knowledge of the C4C system and CRM processes.
• Excellent communication in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive and qualify leads for quotation creation.
• Create and maintain opportunities in C4C under TSR ownership.
• Build sales quotes in C4C using approved templates and pricing.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines.
• Support TSRs with quote revisions and re-submissions as needed.
• Monitor lead flow and assist in basic activity tracking.
• Maintain consistency in the Sales Support Process Flow.
