Job summary

Irving Consumer Products in Toronto is offering a co-op position focused on sales enablement, data analytics, and project support during a term with hands-on exposure to dashboards, tools, and process improvements.

You will work with senior managers to execute defined workstreams, develop insights, and present recommendations. The program includes training, fee reimbursement up to $1000, and potential pathways to full-time roles within the J.D. Irving network.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Modelling, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Good academic standing with ability to balance multiple interests.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of sales enablement and digital projects led by the Manager.
  • Own defined workstreams or project components, such as research, analysis, documentation, or pilot support.
  • Contribute to a capstone project or initiative, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the term.
  • Build / enhance sales technology and tools. Identify and prioritize new tool enhancements and features that align with sales needs
  • Help maintain dashboards and reports that track usage, adherence to process, and performance outcomes.
  • Support tracking KPIs and usage metrics for sales enablement initiatives by maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Help analyze adoption, productivity, and performance data to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities.

Sales Tools Improvement

  • Conduct basic testing and validation to ensure tools are user‑friendly and aligned with sales workflows
Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement Support
  • Support tracking KPIs and usage metrics for sales enablement initiatives by maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Help analyze adoption, productivity, and performance data to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
