Job summary

Irving Consumer Products is seeking a motivated co-op Data Analyst to support the Customer and Sales Data (CSD) team in Canada. You will help produce and analyze key reports, build analytical reports and presentations to support strategic decisions, and transform large data sets into clear insights.

This term emphasises learning with exposure to category trends, shopper behavior, and a project you will lead to present findings to stakeholders at term end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program.
• High academic achievement with ability to balance multiple activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CSD team in producing and analyzing key reports
• Build analytical reports and presentations to support key business needs
• Analyze complex data sets and clearly share relevant facts/findings
• Develop actionable insights to improve performance by uncovering category trends and shopper purchase behaviors.
• Lead a key initiative or project to present back to stakeholders at term end
