Job summary

Irving Consumer Products is seeking a motivated student for a marketing co-op role in Toronto, offering hands-on experience with brand plans, analytics, and digital initiatives. You will support the Brand Manager on execution and provide insights through research and reporting.

This position provides exposure to packaging changes, launch plans, and cross-functional collaboration, with potential for growth within Irving and the J.D. Irving group.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an interest in Marketing.
  • Must have completed at least one prior co-op term in Marketing or Business.
  • Brand management or e-commerce experience at a CPG company is preferred.
  • Process oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
