Ashtel Studios is seeking a Sales Enablement/Operations professional to make our sales team more effective and prepared. You will own the behind-the-scenes workflow, ensuring reps walk into meetings fully organized and ready to win business.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to keep deals moving, and you will maintain accurate sales records and proposals. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reps for meetings: presentations, product info, pricing, and key talking points.
• Track open opportunities and keep reps aligned on next steps.
• Own day-to-day follow-ups with buyers and internal teams.
• Manage order status, sample requests, and timelines.
• Maintain clean, accurate sales records, contracts, and proposals.
