Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for our Canada division. Based in Clearview, this regular full-time role focuses on representing manufacturers, delivering outstanding service to Installers, Stores and the DC network, and accelerating regional sales.

You will travel up to 70% of the time across your territory, leverage PowerPoint for presentations, and collaborate with bilingual English and French internal teams to fuel growth through training and targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in aftermarket and/or knowledge of technical parts (essential).
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Bilingual in French and English to work with internal customers across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Represent manufacturers to Installers, Stores and Distribution Center (DC) delivering customer service excellence.
• Contribute to increased sales through presentations/calls/training with Installers, Store sales reps & Parts Specialists, Store management and DC management.
• Recommend inventory coverage at DC, Store and Installer levels to maximize sales while maintaining inventory turnover.
• Responsible for the sales planning and growth of their individual sales territories.
• Continuous competitive analysis and market intelligence.

In this key role, you will:

• Represent all manufacturers in selling parts and delivering customer service excellence to Installers, Stores and Distribution Center (DC)
• Effectively contribute to increased sales through sales presentations/calls/training with Installers, Store sales representative & Parts Specialists, Store management and DC management, on a regular basis
