Join Us as a Sales Development Representative - Americas at Intuition Machines

Intuition Machines leverages AI/ML to develop enterprise security products, including the well-known hCaptcha security suite. Our team is distributed globally, focusing on low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.

Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will build an active sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets within your assigned region.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and other tools to generate high-quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM (HubSpot).
  • Execute sales campaigns that deliver value and foster multi-year engagements.
  • Create compelling value propositions for IMI's products and services.
  • Collaborate with partners to extend market reach, drive adoption, and ensure customer renewals.
  • Contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong ability to generate interest and open doors.
  • Proven track record in sourcing high-quality opportunities leading to sales or demos.
  • Background in systems/electronic engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and KPIs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
