The Role

As aSales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is essential to our growth — you’ll introduce our products/services, answer questions, and spark interest that leads to long-lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Engage leads in compelling conversations to understand their needs
• Introduce and explain our offerings in a friendly and helpful manner
• Set appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM
• Meet and exceed outreach and conversion goals
