Job summary

Quarterback Transportation is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team in Toronto, ON. You will engage with decision makers, process orders via multiple channels, and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments across North America.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous customer service experience.
• Previous experience as a sales coordinator is an asset.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with decision makers and facility reps on pickups and deliveries.
• Accept customer orders via phone, email, portals, and EDI.
• Enter and audit orders in TMS.
• Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
• Handling and resolving any issues from operations regarding shipments i.e. delivery delays, missing account information and documents.
• Monitor available orders in TMS and escalating with Operations accordingly.
• Entering and updating account data into TMS.
• Compiling sales data to create daily and monthly reports on revenue, targets, etc.
• Coordinate with Accounting department to obtain credit for accounts.
• Prepare pricing for RFP submission.
• Update, remove and add prospects in Salesforce.
• Other duties as required

Responsibilities & Duties:

Salary Range - $40K - $44K (with bonus)
