Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Flooring Sales Representatives with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
• Complete material takeoffs from construction drawings.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients.
• Process and place material orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate and track orders to keep projects on schedule.
• Act as primary contact for clients and projects when Sales Executive is away.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems.
• Support the sales process from inquiry to project completion.
