Job summary

Cropac Equipment Inc. in Oakville is seeking a bright and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and rental operations. You will work closely with the sales team to maintain inventory, process quotes, and coordinate equipment movements across Canada.

This entry-level role requires at least one year in sales support or customer service; training is provided. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce are preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in sales, sales support, administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • A college or university education is an asset, but equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Ability to work on-site at our Oakville location and maintain a reliable daily commute.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment lists, inventory records, and Salesforce data.
  • Organize digital files for each equipment unit, including quotes, cost sheets, drawings, specifications, weights, and photos.
  • Prepare purchase orders for manufacturers.
  • Update customer profiles and contact information.
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Sales Representatives.
  • Assist walk-in customers and respond to incoming sales inquiries.
  • Coordinate equipment and truck allocations with internal teams and manufacturers.
  • Assist with vehicle ownership documents, licensing, and plating.
  • Support trade-in evaluations, equipment pricing, truck specifications, and ordering.
  • Work with Sales, Service, and Parts to coordinate priorities and equipment movement.
  • Inspect incoming equipment for damage and verify that it matches the ordered configuration.
  • Review returned rental equipment to confirm its condition and ensure all items have been returned.
  • Contact prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and connect interested prospects with Account Managers.
  • Help maintain and expand the company’s prospect database.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and customer training.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding products, pricing, and additional equipment needs.
  • Assist with proposals, RFP responses, trade shows, exhibits, and other marketing activities.
  • Help investigate customer service concerns and coordinate solutions.

Job description

Cropac is looking for a bright, friendly, and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales and rental operations. Based in Oakville, you will work closely with our sales team while helping coordinate equipment inventory across our four Canadian branches.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with at least one year of relevant experience who is eager to learn and grow. Industry experience is not required—we will provide training to the right person.

What You’ll Do
