Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Sales team and managers.
• Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and backorder issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Process returns with proper documentation and coordination with warehouse and vendors.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable/Payable tasks as needed.
• Support daily sales tracking and vendor coordination for pricing and availability.

The Opportunity

Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a customer-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Langley, British Columbia. As the Sales Coordinator you will work closely with Sales Representatives and managers throughout the sales process, ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to the Sales team
• Ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries, backorder issues, and shipping concerns
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data
• Processing returns, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with the warehouse and vendors
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including credit/rebill processes and invoice settlements
• Supporting the team with daily sales tracking, order status updates, and vendor coordination for product pricing and availability
• Providing support for Sales Representatives and other administrators as needed
• Facilitating vendor setups and part number requests to ensure timely parts purchasing and inventory management
• Coordinating the receipt of orders and handling related freight charges

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or comparable is strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience working with an ERP systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with good attention to detail

The annual base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $52,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Langley, British Columbia.
