Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles with a strong customer focus.
  • Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
  • Promote, sell, and deliver after sales service of full line of agricultural equipment products and maintain strong understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments, offer product solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads within assigned territory; deliver crop input, feed, fuel, and lubricant leads to appropriate colleagues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, contractors, and agribusiness clients.
  • Attend trade shows, demonstrations, and community events to promote equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns or promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and equipment orders; input data into CSMS.
  • Support location operations during peak seasons as needed.
