Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies currently seeks a Sales Consultant to join the Thorncrest Ford team in Ontario. This role is commission-based, focusing on turning leads into loyal customers and driving dealership growth.

You will follow up on multiple lead sources, set and meet monthly targets, and expand the customer base through referrals while delivering an exceptional buying experience and in-depth product knowledge. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• OMVIC License required.

• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the customer base by prospecting and referrals.
• Provide a superior experience for customers to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintainstrong knowledge of all vehicle models
