Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Bolton Toyota team in Bolton, Ontario. This commission-based role focuses on converting leads into sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will follow up on a variety of leads, meet monthly goals, source new business, and maintain deep knowledge of our vehicle models. A strong candidate has product expertise, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills with ability to close deals.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from multiple sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and expand the customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referrals networks.
• Provide a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.
