Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, Audi Thornhill, is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our automotive team in the Vaughan region. You will follow up on leads, promote new business, and deliver a superior customer experience while building enduring client relationships.

The role focuses on product knowledge, goal attainment, and ongoing training to stay ahead in a competitive market. Commission-based pay reflects performance and contributions to the dealership’s success.

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation ability to close deals.
• Strong rapport with customers.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• OMVIC license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the customer base by sourcing new customers through networks.
• Provide a superior experience for customers to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and participating in training.
• Set goals for each month’s productivity and plan how to reach them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models.

Qualifications
