Job summary

Eansor Auto Group in Ontario is seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to provide outstanding customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles. You will advise customers on the right vehicle purchase and build long-term relationships within the dealership.

As a team player, you will strive to deliver a memorable vehicle delivery experience, maintain high survey scores, and stay up-to-date on Ford training and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have OMVIC certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

We are currently seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers while being a product specialist advising customers on the right vehicle purchase. As a team player, the Sales Consultants strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Job Duties:

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
• Develops and maintains full knowledge of all products available services, pricing and key features.
• Builds strong relationships with customer to help grow their network.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer, and maintain a high customer survey score.
• Stay up to date on Ford Training i.e) p2p.
• Additional duties assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
• Loves a fast pace environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Experience with dealership software considered an asset.
