Join Our Team as a Sales Business Development - Mid-Market at TELUS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join TELUS Health as a Sales Business Development - Mid-Market representative. This role involves leading new business development activities, growing market share across the country, and developing strategic partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development activities and expand market presence through direct sales, broker relationships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Sell well-being solutions via direct channels and broker/consultant networks.
  • Represent TELUS Health enthusiastically in presentations, community events, and networking activities.
  • Develop and nurture broker relationships and influence decision-making processes.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on prospecting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in business value-driven software solutions, with a proven record of meeting quotas of $750,000+ annually.
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in human capital management (HCM), insurance, or group benefits industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, outreach, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
