At Loopio, our Sales team directly impacts our customers and prospects by connecting them with Loopio’s award-winning RFP response software that fuels their growth. We are expanding our team with a Senior Account Executive for our Mid-Market segment (companies with up to 2,500 employees).

This role is key in revenue generation at Loopio, with a significant impact on our growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, SaaS experience, and a self-starter attitude. You should be a B2B SaaS Sales professional excited to sell to Sales, Security, and Proposal Management teams.

You are curious, attentive, and skilled at listening to understand prospects' true needs. You work with prospects to solve challenges and identify solutions they may not yet realize they need. You will directly influence the growth of our sales organization and play a crucial role in Loopio’s success!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive sales opportunities within a defined market segment to generate new business revenue
  • Partner with our Sales Development team to prospect target accounts and self-source opportunities quarterly
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple buyers
  • Deliver a world-class sales experience through demos and guiding prospects through the buying process
  • Present and negotiate sales proposals, working closely with senior leadership to close large deals
  • Build strong partnerships with prospects and ensure their success with our Customer Experience team
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and provide accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with the Product team to help evolve the Loopio Platform based on market trends and customer feedback

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive or similar, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a successful track record
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at Enterprise organizations, uncovering customer problems and proposing solutions
  • Proven ability to self-source opportunities at large organizations and develop relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and web conferencing tools
  • A proactive mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills for phone and demo interactions
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and work with motivated, passionate team members
  • Interest in trying new approaches and contributing to marketing initiatives
  • Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace, with headquarters in Canada and hubs worldwide. Our employees (Loopers) are based in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru).
  • Most team members are within 300km of Toronto or Vancouver, working remotely with flexible co-working options available in Toronto and Vancouver.
