Job summary

Wine Rack in Lindsay, Ontario is seeking a Wine Merchant to provide outstanding customer service while enjoying Wine education training and a dynamic team environment.

The role requires Smart Serve certification, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Lift up to 21 kilograms and stand for long periods.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the wine shop.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and replenishment.
• Meet and exceed shift targets.
• Participate in community events and festivals.
