Job summary

Wine Rack Stratford is hiring a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales while engaging with the community during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will learn Arterra’s award-winning wines through our education program, handle POS transactions, stock shelves, and participate in events, with a supportive team and flexible store environment.

This role requires high school diploma and Smart Serve, and lifting up to 21 kg.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Smart Serve Certification required.
• Able to lift up to 21 kg and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 19 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform POS transactions and replenish shelves as needed.
• Meet and exceed shift targets and drive sales.
• Engage with customers and participate in community events.
• Receive shipments and stock merchandising displays.
• Maintain a fun, team-oriented store environment.

• 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
