Job summary

Wine Rack in Brighton, Ontario, is hiring a Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service and share wine knowledge. You will handle POS transactions, merchandising, receiving shipments, and restock products, while helping customers choose wines for any occasion.

We offer a friendly, flexible store environment with a wine education training program, opportunities to taste award-winning wines, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment
• Meet and exceed shift targets
• Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 years of age or older
• High School or equivalent education is required
• Smart Serve Certification is required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders

Compensation: $17.85/hr
