Job summary

Wine Rack is seeking a motivated Wine Merchant to deliver exceptional customer service and share Arterra’s award-winning wines. You’ll work in a fun, flexible store environment with a strong wine education program.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, merchandising, receiving shipments, and replenishment while engaging warmly with customers. Applicants must be 19+, have a High School diploma or equivalent, and Smart Serve certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service experience.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to engage customers enthusiastically and work in a team environment.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks including receiving shipments.
• Meet and exceed shift targets and participate in community events.
• Must be 19 years or older and have High School or equivalent education.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation: $17.85/hour
