Job summary

Wine Rack is hiring a friendly and enthusiastic team member for a full-time role in Cobourg. You will provide excellent customer service, handle POS transactions, and help with stocking and merchandising in a busy retail environment.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with training and opportunities to grow in wine education. Must be at least 19 and hold Smart Serve certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the register and floor.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments and replenishment.
• Engage with customers and meet shift targets.
