Job summary

Wine Rack is hiring at our Cobourg location to join a dynamic team as a Wine Merchant. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle POS transactions, and contribute to merchandising and stock replenishment.

You must be 19+, hold a High School diploma or equivalent, and possess Smart Serve certification. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 21 kilograms and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fun, team environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• 19 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
• Perform POS transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Receive shipments and replenish stock to maintain appealing displays.
