Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Wine Merchant for our Wine Rack location in Sudbury. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage POS transactions, and participate in merchandising and stock replenishment while contributing to a fun, team-oriented store environment.

We offer wine education trainings and opportunities to taste Arterra’s wines, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A High School diploma and Smart Serve are required. 19+ age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Must be 19+ and have High School or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 21 kg and perform physical duties like standing, bending, and climbing.
• Retail experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Handle POS transactions and basic merchandising tasks.
• Receive shipments and replenish stock on sales floor.
• Meet or exceed store shift targets and contribute to community events.
